These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Desert Wolf Retrofits website and your purchase or use of products and services provided by Desert Wolf Retrofits, LLC ("Desert Wolf Retrofits," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from Desert Wolf Retrofits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products or services.

1. Products and Services

Desert Wolf Retrofits specializes in custom and aftermarket automotive lighting products, components, retrofits, and related accessories.

Many of our products are custom-built, modified, assembled, or made to order based on selections made by the customer. Product appearance, component placement, and other minor details may vary slightly from photographs, renderings, or examples displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, components, specifications, pricing, or available options at any time.

2. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that the products they purchase are appropriate for their vehicle, application, and intended use.

Vehicle model years, trim levels, factory options, previous modifications, wiring configurations, and other factors may affect compatibility.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact Desert Wolf Retrofits before placing your order.

Desert Wolf Retrofits is not responsible for costs or damages resulting from a customer ordering an incorrect or incompatible product when the product was accurately described.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many Desert Wolf Retrofits products are manufactured or modified specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Once production has begun, components have been ordered, or modifications have been made, an order may not be canceled or changed.

Requests to modify an existing order are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges or production delays.

Custom configurations may differ slightly from previously completed builds due to component availability, manufacturing changes, or improvements to our designs.

4. Lead Times

Any lead time provided by Desert Wolf Retrofits is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

Lead times may be affected by order volume, supplier delays, component availability, manufacturing issues, shipping delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

By purchasing a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that production may take longer than the original estimate.

A delay in production or delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or receive a refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not generally affect orders that have already been placed and paid for unless the customer subsequently requests modifications or additional services.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we reasonably believe involves fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, or other suspicious activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the direct control of Desert Wolf Retrofits.

Desert Wolf Retrofits is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, missed deliveries, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly upon delivery and contact Desert Wolf Retrofits if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.

7. Installation

Desert Wolf Retrofits products may require installation, wiring, vehicle modification, adjustment, or other technical work.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for proper installation of all products.

We strongly recommend that customers who are not comfortable performing automotive electrical or mechanical work have their products installed by a qualified professional.

Desert Wolf Retrofits is not responsible for damage to a vehicle, product, wiring system, electrical system, or other property resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper wiring, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Any installation instructions, diagrams, videos, or technical assistance provided by Desert Wolf Retrofits are provided as general guidance and do not replace appropriate professional judgment.

8. Automotive Lighting and Legal Compliance

Automotive lighting laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction.

Some products, lighting colors, lighting modes, modifications, or configurations sold by Desert Wolf Retrofits may not be legal for use on public roads in every city, state, province, or country.

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product and its intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Desert Wolf Retrofits does not guarantee that every product or configuration offered on our website is street legal in every jurisdiction.

Products designated for off-road, show, competition, or similar use should be used accordingly.

9. Aftermarket Components

Some Desert Wolf Retrofits products incorporate components manufactured by third parties.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the inclusion of a third-party component does not imply that the third-party manufacturer has endorsed Desert Wolf Retrofits or the completed product.

Availability of third-party components may change without notice.

10. Warranty

Desert Wolf Retrofits stands behind the workmanship of its products and will accept returns or claims involving valid warranty issues in accordance with our applicable warranty policy.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from circumstances including:

• Improper installation or wiring;

• Vehicle accidents or physical damage;

• Abuse, misuse, or neglect;

• Unauthorized modification or disassembly;

• Damage caused by other aftermarket equipment;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Environmental or chemical exposure beyond normal intended use; or

• Use of a product in a manner for which it was not designed.

Third-party components may also be subject to warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Desert Wolf Retrofits Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Except for valid warranty claims, returns are accepted only with prior approval from Desert Wolf Retrofits.

Non-warranty returns that we choose to approve are subject to a 20% restocking fee as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes in personal circumstances—including changing your mind, selling or trading your vehicle, vehicle accidents, financial circumstances, or simply no longer wanting the product—do not create an automatic right to return or cancel an order.

12. Customer-Supplied Parts

If Desert Wolf Retrofits agrees to perform work involving components or products supplied by a customer, the customer assumes the risk associated with shipping and providing those components.

Desert Wolf Retrofits is not responsible for pre-existing defects, wear, hidden damage, manufacturing defects, or failures involving customer-supplied components.

If a customer-supplied component is found to be unsuitable for the requested work, additional costs or delays may occur.

13. Product Use and Assumption of Risk

Automotive modification involves inherent risks.

By purchasing, installing, or using a Desert Wolf Retrofits product, you acknowledge that aftermarket modifications can affect vehicle systems and that improper installation or use may result in property damage, vehicle damage, injury, or other losses.

You agree to use our products responsibly and only for their intended purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desert Wolf Retrofits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

This includes, without limitation, loss of vehicle use, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, lost income, lost profits, installation or removal labor, damage caused by improper installation, or other consequential expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Desert Wolf Retrofits arising from a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Desert Wolf Retrofits for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Desert Wolf Retrofits name, logos, product photographs, graphics, written content, installation materials, custom designs, CAD designs, brackets, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Desert Wolf Retrofits.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from Desert Wolf Retrofits.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property, design files, manufacturing files, CAD models, or other proprietary materials.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, specifications, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or modify an affected order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order because of an error on our part, the applicable payment will be refunded.

17. Refusal of Service

Desert Wolf Retrofits reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order or decline service when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive or threatening conduct, repeated chargeback abuse, attempted misuse of our policies, or requests that we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill.

Any refund associated with an order we cancel will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable law.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Desert Wolf Retrofits directly regarding any order or payment issue so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Fraudulent or knowingly false chargebacks may be disputed using order records, communications, shipping records, proof of delivery, acceptance of these Terms, and other relevant documentation.

Nothing in this section limits any legitimate rights a customer may have through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

19. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of the service providers used to operate our website and process transactions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of Desert Wolf Retrofits products or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Desert Wolf Retrofits may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted on our website. The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed.
