Match your truck's model year to the range in the product title. Generations don't always break where you'd expect — some Tundra years split by cab configuration, for example. If you're between ranges or unsure, send us your year and cab style before ordering and we'll confirm.

No. Every retrofit uses a custom-designed insert engineered for your specific housing. That's the difference between a clean factory-style finish and parts glued in place hoping for the best.

If we got the fitment wrong on our end, we fix it at no cost — including shipping both directions. Reach out with photos and your order number and we'll sort it immediately.

In-stock sets ship the next business day. Custom builds are made to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. Our site reflects real stock, so if it says in stock, it's on the shelf.

In-stock sets are pre-built in our most popular configurations and ready to go immediately. Custom builds let you choose your shroud, projector, halo type, and housing color — assembled specifically for you, which is why they take 2–3 weeks.

Yes. You'll get tracking as soon as your set leaves the shop.

If your build hasn't started, usually yes — email us right away with your order number. Once assembly is underway, changes get harder and may mean cancelling and reordering.

The shroud is the visible face around the projector — it's what everyone sees when they look at your truck. We offer several, from clean and understated to aggressive. Our Shroud Guide shows each one lit up with rear halos and with front and rear halos together.

Light Cannons are pure white output — a massive upgrade over factory halogens, and dead simple. Desert Vision adds an amber diode, giving you white, yellow, or a combo of both, switchable on the fly. Yellow cuts through dust, fog, and snow where white light bounces back at you. Beam comparisons are on our Projector Guide.

Rear halos (also called in-shroud) are 110mm rings mounted inside the shroud — the glow comes through the shroud's openings for a deeper, integrated look. Front halos are 80mm rings mounted on the front face, giving you a tight bright ring around the projector. Dual means both at once, and it's our most popular upgrade.

Switchback halos run white until your turn signal fires, then blink amber and switch back to white. They can also be wired constant amber, though that drops the switchback function. RGB halos connect to a Bluetooth app for any color you want, plus dozens of preset patterns.

Almost. The XR-5 is the exception — it ships with in-shroud halos only, and RGB isn't available on it.

Chrome keeps the OEM+ look and blends with factory trim. Black gives you a blacked-out, aggressive face that reads as modified even in daylight. Both cost the same — it's purely about the look you're after.

It's your responsibility to check the regulations where you drive and to decide whether these are appropriate for your use. By purchasing, you accept that risk.

Yes, and most customers do. Every set includes a harness that plugs directly into your OEM wiring to power the projector — no cutting, no splicing, no permanent modification. Plan on an hour or two per side your first time.

Not for most trucks. If you're comfortable removing your bumper or grille to get the headlight out, you can handle the rest. If you'd rather have a shop do it, any competent installer can — the electrical side is plug and play.

Your factory adjusters still work, so aiming is the same process as stock. We recommend checking your aim against a wall after installing — a well-aimed retrofit puts light where you need it without blinding oncoming drivers.

Yes. Step-by-step instructions ship with every set, and our installation page has additional guidance. Stuck mid-install? Message us — we'd rather answer a question than have you guess.

The projector harness plugs into OEM power and shouldn't cause errors on the trucks we build for. If you add halos wired into turn signals, some vehicles need a resistor to prevent hyperflash — ask us about your specific model and we'll tell you what to expect.

We replace the stock rubber boot with a 3D-printed boot made from high-temperature polymer and fitted with a crush valve, add extra sealant between the lens and housing, and seal every other opening. Sealing is one of the things we're most obsessive about — an unsealed retrofit fogs up and stays that way.

A light haze that clears as the lights warm up is normal in any sealed headlight — factory ones do it too, and the crush valve lets the housing breathe with temperature changes. Standing water or fog that never clears is not normal. Send photos and we'll take care of it.

Washing the truck is fine. What we'd avoid is aiming a pressure washer directly at the headlight seams at close range — that can force water past seals no headlight is designed to resist, factory or otherwise.

The projectors are rated for 50,000 hours and have built-in temperature-regulating fans to keep them running cool. That's well beyond the life of most trucks' ownership.

Every set carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from your date of purchase — projector failure, halo failure, drivers and wiring we supplied, sealing issues, and anything that shipped wrong or damaged. Full details on our Warranty & Returns page.

You pay nothing. No restocking fee, no repair charge, and no shipping cost in either direction. We fix them and send them back at our expense.

No. These are built to be installed at home. What isn't covered is damage caused during installation — cracked housings, cut wires, and the like.

Generally no. Our sets are built to order for a specific truck and spec, so all sales are final unless we authorize a return. If your situation is unusual, contact us and we'll review it — but approval isn't guaranteed, and approved non-warranty returns carry a 20% restocking fee. Once a set has been mounted on the vehicle we can't take it back — but that's what the warranty is for. If something's wrong with an installed set, file a claim and we'll take care of it.

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We read every message and respond within two business days. Don't ship anything back before getting approval — returns sent without it can't be processed.

Everything you need to build your own retrofits: your choice of projector, shroud, and halos, plus all the necessary wiring, the 3D-printed waterproofing boots, and crush valves for the back of the housing.

No. You'll either retrofit your own housings or buy new ones to retrofit — we recommend new, since it means you're not risking a set you're currently driving on.

It's real work. Front halos require some dremeling to fit, and both front and rear halos need gluing to sit correctly. If that's not your idea of a good weekend, choose the pre-mounted halo option and we'll ship the shrouds with halos already installed.

Yes. XR-5 shrouds come with in-shroud halos at no extra charge for pre-mounting — it's the only configuration available for that shroud, and it's the one we'd pick anyway.
